You had a conversation with <br /> Marion D-.Pl (Housing Inspector) on Nlf-'y 2i, 199 3) during which you imlicaicul you had <br /> discussed the fact that the septic tank had been pumped and inspected earlier this year. <br /> As disclosed during our phone conversation, the Snohomish Hcalth District regulates septic <br /> systems. You would need to contact them for confirmation that your system is functioning <br /> properly, This information must be provided to us after having done so, <br /> We also discussed the requirements and constraints for this unit to connect to the scwcr <br /> system, The unit is below the grade of the scwcr main on Grind Avenue, Therefore a pump <br /> system would need to be installed to facilitate connection to our main. Another option for <br /> connection would be to obtain an casement to the south and connect to the scwcr main in 21st <br /> Street. <br /> The City would require that a connection be made to our Fystem if the existing septic tank and <br /> drainfield are not functioning properly.
