Please see the attached
invoice with his statement asserting that the survey has been performed and that the structure is safe for
habitation.
Mr. Mason is available for additional questions and details if needed. His company will be present tomorrow
afternoon for the building department's inspection of the electrical system at Highland and final approval of
the work related to the permit that they pulled for it.
This morning we finalized the floor plan and site plan for Highland and will be picking up copies of them later
this afternoon. I will stop at the counter and drop off a copy of the Mason Electric document and will check in
with the staff there to make sure I have everything needed for submittal to pull the permit tomorrow for
amendments to the current structure that will ensure compliance.
Thank you so much for your support. Please call, email or text as needed. I will be in the field the rest of
today.
Regards,
Deb Richards
206-963-0609
Sent from Outlook
From: Donald Cunningham <DCunningham@everettwa.gov>
Sent: Monday, November 21, 2016 9:23 AM
To: 'rick lapinski'; 'Deb Richards'; iudv@hofffoundation.org
Cc:Tony Lee;Ted de Budden; Kevin Fagerstrom
Subject: 2201 Highland Ave
Rick-
The HE Order issued on November 10th required an Electrical contractor complete an inspection of the structures'
electrical system, produce a report, and submit the report to the Building Division by today, November 21St. Please let .
me know if the inspection was completed and when the report will be available.
