Permit already received. <br /> Status: This:site originally was suppose to require a Process ITIB and SEPA review,which would have <br /> involved a public hearing with hearing examiner decision. The Walter Group was able to convince the <br /> planner that the addition to the chimney and antennas were such a minor addition,that this process <br /> might not be necessary. Furthermore since the site is located next to I-5 there would be no adverse <br /> impacts on the neighbors.
