Introduction <br /> 0 <br /> U <br /> At the request of Sprint, we have performed a structural analysis for the addition of (3) new q <br /> panel antennas to an existing antenna mount at SE63XC209 Broadway in Everett Washington. <br /> The analysis was completed in conformance with the 2012 International Building Code (IBC- <br /> 12), the Minimum Design Loads for Buildings and Other Structures (ASCE 7-10) and the Steel <br /> Construction Manual (AISC-13) under the following site specific conditions: <br /> Basic Wind Speed: 110 mph cc <br /> Exposure Category: B <br /> N <br /> Risk Category: II <br /> x <br /> Site Class: D <br /> Based on photographs provided to us, the existing antenna mount was seen to be lightly 00 <br /> corroded, but no serious deterioration was visible in the photographs. It was not known when o <br /> the photos were taken. <br /> N <br /> N <br /> V <br /> As-built drawings by Victor H Kimsey Consulting Structural Engineers of Seattle, WA dated a <br /> October 21, 1999 were reviewed as part of our analysis as were drawings by TRK Engineering <br /> dated September 12, 2012, drawings by KDC Architects and Engineers of Edmonds, WA dated <br /> October 21,1999 and drawings by B.J.
