Payrolls shall be sequentially numbered <br /> for all periods in which Work has been done. A certificate of completion for the Work, <br /> Isigned by the City,will constitute acceptance of the Work. The issuance of this certificate <br /> of completion will not constitute acceptance of unauthorized or defective Work or <br /> material is performed. <br /> 1 1-07.11 Requirements for Nondiscrimination <br /> Supplement 1-07.11 as follows: <br /> I The Contractor will be required to assure that equal employment opportunities will be in effect <br /> to all individuals throughout the length of this Contract,pursuant to 1-07.11 REQUIREMENTS <br /> FOR NONDISCRIMINATION. The Contractor must comply with all local, state and federal <br /> laws pertaining to non-discrimination and equal employment opportunity. <br /> IThe City of Everett hereby gives public notice that it is the City's policy to assure full <br /> compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Civil rights Restoration Act of <br /> 1987, and related statutes and regulations in all programs and activities.
