(10) Authorize the Mayor to sign the First Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Fitch & Associates, in substantially the form provided. (11) Approve the Lawsuit Settlement of Pan v. City of Everett, Cause No. 15-2-01792-4, in the amount of $55,000.00. (12) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Intergovernmental Services Agreement with other jurisdictions regarding Snohomish Regional Drug and Gang Task Force funding for annual operations costs. (16) CB 1508-20 —3rd and final Reading- Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Special Improvement Project entitled "Broadway 10th St. to 19th St. Intersection Safety," Fund 303, Program 104 to accumulate all costs for the improvement.
