The <br />project extends from the south side of West Mukilteo Boulevard to 4405 Forest Drive. <br />The Pacific Avenue project extends from Fulton Avenue east to the I-5 southbound ramp. The need for this <br />project is to replace the existing 12 -in. diameter aging cast iron pipe that has broken three times in the past <br />three years. <br />The segments east of I-5 and south of Pacific Avenue are to meet the needs for the Polygon Development <br />along Eclipse Mill Road. <br />The budget remaining is arrived at by deducting the contracts for geotechnical (SI 1,529), surveying <br />(;16,521); and this 52,000 request from the amount budgeted.
