Specifically, the version attached has already <br />incorporated: <br />1. The addition of "Administration Updates on prior business" in Section 3 for the <br />order of business <br />2. Moving the date for electing the new president to the first regular meeting in <br />January to allow the newly elected members to vote in Section 8. <br />3. Amendment of the motion for reconsideration in Section 10. <br />4. Addition of Section 11 on Council Subcommittees <br />5. Addition of Section 12 on the Annual Retreat <br />The additional changes redlined in this version that are being proposed for a vote and not <br />yet approved are <br />1. Re -write of Section 4 <br />2. Addition of provisions setting the terms of subcommittee memberships in <br />Section 11(F) <br />3. Language corrections in Section 11 (B)(2), (C), and (H) <br />cc.
