EXHIBIT C <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> Bridge Program Engineering Support <br /> City of Everett, WA <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> City of Everett (City) desires to set up a Bridge Program Engineering Support contract with <br /> TranTech Engineering, LLC(TranTech). <br /> As part of this contract the City of Everett has identified two initial tasks necessary for the <br /> advancement of their Citywide Bridge Program in 2017. First task is to provide load rating <br /> services for selected City bridges that require updates for Notional Rating Load (NRL) to meet <br /> WSDOT and FHWA requirements by December 30, 2017. Second task is to provide funding <br /> assistance for rehabilitation or replacement of two of the City bridges that are currently posted, <br /> namely; Merrill & Ring and Edgewater bridges. Both bridges are currently carrying the Mukilteo <br /> Blvd. facility. <br /> Other tasks may be added by the City for providing miscellaneous desired engineering support <br /> for tasks identified in the future for City projects. <br /> All work shall be in accordance with City! WSDOT/ FHWA guidelines and with the <br /> requirements of the National Bridge Inspection Standards(NBIS), where applicable. <br /> Throughout the conduct of these activities, there will be a close coordination between TranTech <br /> and the City. TranTech will manage the activities to ensure timeliness of required submittals. <br /> In the following, details of the identified tasks associated with this contract are described in <br /> further detail. <br /> Task 1 —Load Rating Updates <br /> Four of the City-owned bridges are identified as needing Specialized Hauling Vehicles(SHV) <br /> and Emergency Vehicles (EV)updating.
