Accordingly, water service trom such /� /J�� <br />meins is not considered to be within the customary water distribution system of the .3ZV� (.�*�` St <br />City of Everett, and the undersigned epplicant agrees to eccept weter service �'��,� � <br />subject to the following cond{tions which are not �rdinerily epplicable to other City <br />of Everett water customers: <br />1� The City ot Everett will provide a service tap only to its right-of-way <br />boundary. <br />2. Service will be provided only where the surrounding water d4stricts will not <br />provide service for the applicant, and a written statement from the <br />essociated districts tu that effect will be obtained prior to service. <br />3. AppIIcant agrees to participete In future water districts when establlshed <br />and to rellnqutsh the individuel service at that time. <br />4. Applicant has County or State approved plans for water servtce and fire <br />protection, if appllcable. <br />5, Access to the Nroperty is provided and approved by those perties concerned, <br />publtc or private, when the epplicant does not front on our transmission <br />main right-cf-way. (If privete property is crossed, an easement must be <br />recorded with property description.
