CEGac •.a�: - <br />I�IG[�t N41. 1:.'f' <br />The City of Everett Water DeparUnent considers the M3 transmission line a good <br />reliable means to convey r+ater to the City of Everett. It is not to be considezed <br />a storage facility by any of its users. Historically, we have provided service <br />connections to those properties that abut the transmission right-of-way when no <br />other sources are available. The nwnber of outages yc•� may expect to have in <br />any one year on the average would be one or less. The duration of any outage is <br />dependent on the nature of the problem, and a co�mnihnent to limit the outage to <br />not more than three hours by the City is not possible. <br />The particular section of transmission line M3 west o` the Panther Creek chlozine <br />station has not been shut down this past year.
