Reliability in this case would be [he ability to provide water all year round with no nore than one or two outages for no more than a few hou�ssach time. �/ b) Along with a let[er from Everett, 1 vrould appreciate some information on the reliability of the Everet[ line: Informa- tion on how many [imes that portion of [he Itne has been shut down in Che last year, what happens hydraulically when a break occurs, the line ts valved off, or the flows are reduced. 2) I also noted that the 39 9Pm/115 foot TDH mark on your pump performance shee[ lies on an efficiency curve and is [hus not a point at which the proposed pwap can operate. ?umps can operate only along the pump curve. 3) Please submit a simple opera[ion and main[enance manual for the system.
