To <br />facilitate the County or Statc, the City of Everett would like to es}ablish a set of <br />requirements to guide your initial response to those requesting water service. <br />The City of Everett will provide a service tap at its right of way boundary to an <br />applicant if: <br />1. The surrounding w ter districts will not provide service for the <br />applicant, and a written statement from the associated districts <br />to that effect lias been obtained. <br />2. Tlie applicant agrces to participate in future water di5tricts when <br />established and to relinquish thc individual service at tha. time. <br />3. The applicant has County or State approved plans for �vater servicc <br />and fire protection, if applicable. <br />4. Access to the property is provided and approved by those p:u�ties <br />concerned, public or private, when the applicant does not front on <br />our transmission main right of way. Uf private property is crossed, <br />an easement must be recorded with property description. If public <br />property must be crossed, then �vritten permission irom the appro- <br />priate authority i.^, required). <br />5. The applicant �rees to accept interruptible scrvice :snd provide <br />any necessary storage. , <br />6.
