The surrounding water districts will not p:'o°ide service for the applicant, and a written statement from the associated districts ,a to that effect has been obtained. 2. The appLzant agrees to participate in future water districts when established and to relinquish the individual service at that time. 3. The applicant has County or State approved plals for water service and fire protection, if applicable. 4. Access to the property is provided and approved by those parties concerned, public or private, when the applicant does not front on our transmission main right of way. (If private property is crossed, an easement must be recarded with property description. if public property must be crossed, then written permission from the appro- priate authority is required). 5. The applicant agrees to accept interruptible service and provide any necessary storage. 6.
