Sub Area 3 Southwest Geography <br /> The geography of Southwest Sub Area 3 is primarily built on a <br /> Population high plateau that is home to Boeing and Paine Field. The <br /> 6,001 estimated population based on 2000 Census Data remaining large flat areas have been used for industrial <br /> by 2025 development. Most of the residential areas are located on the <br /> 2,354 expected population <br /> 8,355 total population by n growth north and west facing slopes and may have views of the <br /> Sound.
