NOVA Nonmotorized <br /> each budget process. With this understanding, the CIP list v. NOVA Off-Road Vehicles <br /> and the identification of CIP projects will be subject to vi. WWRP Habitat Conservation — Critical <br /> further refinement and amendment. Habitat, Natural Areas, State Lands <br /> Restoration, and Urban Wildlife Habitat <br /> The list includes projects beyond the six-year timeframe of vii. WWRP Outdoor Recreation — Local Parks, <br /> the CIP or current funding. These long-term projects will be State Lands Development, State Parks, <br /> evaluated and considered for inclusion in the CIP during Trails, and Water Access <br /> updates and as funding opportunities change. viii. WWRP Riparian Protection Account. <br /> Funding <br /> The six-year CIP contained in this chapter is primarily <br /> based on the projects being funded through the following <br /> potential sources of revenue: <br /> 1. City of Everett General Fund <br /> a. Program 52 is a fund within the operating <br /> budget of the parks department that is <br /> dedicated primarily towards small repairs and <br /> maintenance. <br /> b. Specific CIP funding programs (Non REET) <br /> 2. CIP III, Excise Tax on Real Estate Sales (REET) as <br /> per RCW 82.46.010 <br /> 3. Contributions and Donations <br /> 4. Partnerships <br /> 5. Rates and charges to programs <br /> 75 <br />
