The following <br /> information is needed prior to further plan review. <br /> 1. The cook line lacks proper access to a handwash sink due to the proposed location of the <br /> refrigeration equipment. The cook line refrigeration equipment must be relocated so as to provide <br /> direct access to the handwash sink or a handwash sink must be installed on the cook line. The <br /> proper access to the handwash sink or the location of the additional handwash sink on the cook line <br /> must be shown on the floor plan. <br /> 2. No handwash sink is shown on the floor plan for the back room restroom. A mop sink is shown in <br /> this restroom. Joint use of a sink as a handwash sink and a mop sink is not allowed. The installation <br /> of a separate handwash sink in this restroom is required. An alternative is to install a separate mop <br /> sink in a different location. The additional handwash sink or new location for the mop sink must be <br /> shown on the floor plan. <br /> 3. In your responses to the plan review questions you indicated that you will be doing catering. <br /> However, you did not submit the required additional information regarding your proposed catering <br /> operation. The enclosed questionnaire must be completed and submitted for review. <br /> 4. Submit a revised floor plan drawn to scale, showing location of and identifying all equipment, <br /> plumbing fixtures and the like must be submitted. The revised floor plan must include the required <br /> additional sinks and information. The floor plan must be clearly legible and of good quality. The <br /> scale of the drawing must be no smaller than Y4 inch equals 1 foot. Plans may be submitted in an <br /> unsecured pdf format. <br /> Please note that prior to opening of the new facility, after the Health District plan reviewr process is <br /> completed and construction is finished, the Health District permit application process must be <br /> completed and a preoperational inspection must be conducted. <br /> Please contact me if you have any questions.
