The dwelling unit does not <br /> meet the north twenty foot front setback. The Applicant provided evidence from Snohomish County <br /> Assessor's Records. <br /> Decision: I hereby find that the above described non-conformities were established prior to zoning code <br /> regulations for the subject property.
