Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> (2009 International Building Code,) (2009 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2006 Fdition, and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested. <br /> 1. In the previous submittal the attic area was existing with a non-complying stair as <br /> access. With the addition of attic trusses the 2d floor becomes a habitable space; <br /> therefore, the stairs are required to be modified to the current requirement per <br /> Section R311.7 with the exception of Section R311.7.1 width. The existing width of <br /> the stairs may remain as is. Provide stair details and section. <br /> 2. Designate use of all spaces (specifically 2nd floor) on floor plans. <br /> 3. Revise energy code requirements on Sheet 4 to 2006 Washington State Energy <br /> Code. Show correct values on table and in sections. <br /> 4. Provide specific post/footing connections at all new post/footings. <br /> 5. Show framing for sheathing and siding at perimeter of new and existing "skirting". <br /> Show how under-floor areas are ventilated. <br /> 6.
