The area around Clark Park and Everett High is experiencing <br /> a large amount of drug activity. We have received repeated complaints about <br /> drug sale and use at the park. I have been involved in several arrests for drug <br /> sales in Clark Park. I have found used hypodermic needles in the park. The <br /> proximity to Everett High School allows the drug activity to spill over to the area <br /> of the School. I have witnesses people injecting themselves with heroin in sight <br /> of the school. I have received complaints from citizens about drug sales in the <br /> area next to the school. There are a large amount of drug arrests and drug <br /> complaints in this area. This area is currently not a SODA area.
