An expanded program would include <br /> homeless prevention through rental assistance. Snohomish County Human Services confirms there is a need <br /> for the expanded service and believes the HOME funds could be spent within the HUD deadlines. This <br /> alternate reallocation is reflected in the proposed resolution. <br />
