The development <br /> includes two separate facilities. a workforce services center and a <br /> residential facility under separate ownership. <br /> 8. CDBG Administration & Planning —CDBG $146,039.00 $146,039.00 <br /> Administration is an important aspect of the CDBG program, making <br /> sure of the timely completion of projects and proper management of <br /> sub grantees. The planning aspect of the CDBG funding complements <br /> the physical improvements in the neighborhoods by promoting <br /> appropriate land use, historic preservation, and economic <br /> development planning. <br />
