• <br /> 01W <br /> 44,....a <br /> RESOLUTION No. 6333 Eil/gRETI <br /> A Resolution declaring the listed vehicles and equipment surplus and authorizing their <br /> disposition. <br /> Whereas, the City has completed its capital lease of 120 Club Car Golf Carts; and <br /> Whereas, the above-referenced carts are no longer of value or use to the City; and <br /> Whereas, Yamaha, Inc has the industry knowledge and expertise to sell large quantities of golf <br /> carts quickly and efficiently; and <br /> Whereas, Ordinance 2963-06 establishes a procedure and methods for surplusing or disposition <br /> of City-owned personal property; and <br /> Whereas, based on the guidelines set forth in Section 2 of Ordinance 2963-06 a brokered sale is <br /> the disposition method that best meets the City's interests; and <br /> Whereas, the City's purchasing manager has reported the basis for the estimated value of the <br /> surplus property and has recommended surplusing the above-referenced vehicles and equipment <br /> by brokered sale. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the City Council of the City of Everett: <br /> 1. The 120 Club Car Golf carts are no longer of value or use to the City; and <br /> 2.
