RESOLUTION NO. 6376 <br /> 44%,:a" <br /> EVE/2ETT <br /> A RESOLUTION waiving public bidding requirements and approving a sole source <br /> purchase of Support and Maintenance for Bioxide from Siemens Water Technologies <br /> WHEREAS, the City has chosen and used Bioxide for lift station odor control since <br /> 2002; and <br /> WHEREAS, Siemens Water Technologies holds a patent for the formulation and <br /> manufacture of Bioxide; and <br /> WHEREAS, a similar product is not available from another manufacturer; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Everett that because <br /> there is clearly and legitimately only one source capable of supplying Bioxide; the City <br /> hereby waives competitive bidding requirements and authorizes the purchase of Bioxide <br /> from Siemens Water Technologies. <br /> /Lte.✓ <br /> ouncilperson I troducing Resolution <br /> PASSED and APPROVED this 27th day of April ,2011 <br /> Coun it 're- ent <br />
