Page 8of.10 <br /> SECTION 16: TERMS AND EFFECTIVE PERIOD <br /> This MOU will become effective upon signature by any two Partners, and will take effect as to any additional <br /> Partner immediately following that Partner's signature. This MOU will remain in effect until January 31,2014. <br /> The provisions of the MOU will be reviewed periodically, as appropriate,and amended or supplemented as may <br /> be mutually agreed upon. <br /> SECTION 17: MODIFICATIONS AND AMENDMENTS <br /> This MOU can be modified or amended through mutual written agreement among the Partners. <br /> SECTION 18: WITHDRAWAL <br /> Any Partner that is in compliance with the terms and conditions of this MOU may withdraw from the Consortium <br /> upon written notice to the other Partners specified in Section 4 Partners and Notification. Such notice shall state <br /> the effective date of withdrawal, explain the rationale for the declaration of the intent to withdraw from the <br /> Consortium, and shall confirm that such withdrawal is supported through action of the withdrawing Party in the <br /> same manner as the original MOU was approved. The Consortium and the Committees shall continue to exist,and <br /> this MOU shall remain in effect as between the remaining Partner, following the withdrawal. <br />
