We acknowledge that addenda numbers 1 through 5 nave been delivered to us and have been examined and taken into account as part of the Contract Documents. The General Contractor acknowledges that in utilizing bids of sub- contractors in its General Contractor Bid Schedule (Section 00310) , the General Contractor fully understands the scope of Work to be performed by each of said subcontractors. The General Contractor certifies there are no gaps or overlaps exist, the General Contractor is fully aware of them, acknowledges them and in no way affect the validity of the General Contractor's Bid, and in no way affect the General Contractor's obligation to perform the full scope of Work set forth in the Contract Documents. Attached is a Bid Guaranty Bond completed by a guaranty company autho- rized to carry on business in the State of Washington in the amount of at least five (5%) of the total amount of our bid price or, alternatively, there is attached a certified or cashier's check payable to City of Everett drawn upon a bank in the State of Washington, in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the total amount of our bid price.
