(This definition replaces the definition in <br /> WSDOT 1-01.3 for Working Drawings.) <br /> 1-02 BID PROCEDURES AND CONDITIONS <br /> 1-02.1 Pre qualifications of Bidders <br /> Delete 1-02.1 and substitute the following: <br /> 1-02.1 Bidder Responsibility Criteria <br /> (******) <br /> 1-02.1(1) Mandatory Bidder Responsibility Criteria <br /> (******) <br /> Bidder shall meet mandatory responsibility criteria in accordance with RCW <br /> 39.04.350(1). The City may require the Bidder to submit documentation demonstrating <br /> compliance with the criteria under this 1-02.1(1). The Bidder must: <br /> 1. Registration. Have a current certificate of registration as a contractor in <br /> compliance with chapter 18.27 RCW, which must have been in effect at the time of <br /> Bid submittal; and <br /> 2. UBI. Have a current Washington Unified Business Identifier (UBI) number; and <br /> 3. State Requirements. If applicable: <br /> a. Have Industrial Insurance (workers' compensation) coverage for the bidder's <br /> employees working in Washington, as required in Title 51 ROW; <br /> b. Have a Washington Employment Security Department number, as required in <br /> Title 50 ROW; <br /> c. Have a Washington Department of Revenue state excise tax registration <br /> number, as required in Title 82 ROW; and <br /> 4. Disqualification. Not be disqualified from bidding on any public works contract <br /> under RCW 39.06.010 or 39.12.065(3). <br /> 5. Apprentices. If the Project is subject to the apprenticeship utilization requirements <br /> in RCW 39.04.320, not have been found out of compliance by the Washington <br /> state apprenticeship and training council for working apprentices out of ratio, <br /> without appropriate supervision, or outside their approved work processes as <br /> outlined in their standards of apprenticeship under chapter 49.04 RCW for the one- <br /> year period immediately preceding the date of the bid solicitation. <br /> 1-02.1(2) Supplemental Bidder Responsibility Criteria <br /> (******) <br /> This Project will not be subject to supplemental bidder responsibility criteria. <br /> 1-02.2 Plans and Specifications <br /> Delete all paragraphs in 1-02.2 and substitute the following: <br /> Information as to where Bid Documents can be obtained or reviewed will be found in <br /> the Call for Bids (Advertisement for Bids) for the Work. <br /> After Award of the Contract, the Contractor will receive up to six (6) sets of the reduced <br /> Plans (11" x 17") and accompanying Special Provisions. In addition, the Owner will <br /> supply up to three (3) sets of full size plans (22" x 34").
