A Schedule of Values of all lump sum items;
2. A preliminary schedule of working drawing submittals; and
3. Should Contractror elect to work on a holiday or weekend, those
normal working hours shall be from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
If a Contractor desires to perform Work on holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays, or after
6:00 p.m. and before 10:00 p.m. on any weekday, the Contractor shall apply in writing
to the Engineer for permission. Such requests shall be submitted to the Engineer no
later than noon on the working day prior to the day for which the Contractor is
requesting permission to work.
Permission to work within 500 feet of residential properties between the hours of 10:00
p.m. and 7:00 a.m. during weekdays and between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 8:00
a.m. on weekends or holidays will require a noise variance that will be subject to noise
control requirements.
