Such policy(ies) must provide the <br /> 18 following minimum limit: <br /> $2,000,000 combined single limit <br /> 19 <br /> 1 20 1-07.18(5)C Workers' Compensation <br /> 21 The Contractor shall comply with Workers' Compensation coverage as <br /> 22 required by the Industrial Insurance laws of the state of Washington. <br /> I 23 <br /> 24 1-07.18(5)D Coverage for Working On, Over, or Near Navigable <br /> 25 Waters <br /> I 26 If contract involves work on or adjacent to navigable water, as defined by the <br /> 27 U.S. Department of Labor, then the Contractor shall provide proof of <br /> 28 insurance coverage in compliance with the statutory requirements of the <br /> I 29 <br /> 30 U.S. Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act (administered by <br /> the U.S. Department of Labor). <br /> 31 If the Contractor is working from barges or any other watercraft, owned or <br /> I 32 non-owned, the Contractor must maintain Protection and Indemnity (P&I) <br /> 33 insurance providing coverage for actions of the crew to third parties to the <br /> 34 same limits stated under Section 1-07.18(5)A for Commercial General <br /> 35 Liability Insurance.
