I 1 1 2 1-07.18(5)F Excess or Umbrella Liability I 3 The Contractor shall provide Excess or Umbrella Liability coverage at limits 4 of $1,000,000 per occurrence and annual aggregate. This excess or 5 umbrella liability coverage shall apply, at a minimum, to both the Commercial I 6 General and Auto insurance policy coverage. 7 This requirement may be satisfied instead through the Contractor's primary 8 Commercial General and Automobile Liability coverage, or any combination 1 9 thereof. 10 11 1-07.18(5)G Pollution Liability 12 The Contractor shall provide a Pollution Liability policy, providing coverage I13 for claims involving bodily injury, property damage (including loss of use of 14 tangible property that has not been physically injured), cleanup costs, 15 remediation, disposal or other handling of pollutants, including costs and 16 expenses incurred in the investigation, defense, or settlement of claims 17 arising out of: 18 • Contractor's operations related to this project; and/or I 19 • Remediation, abatement, repair, maintenance or other work with 20 lead-based paint or materials containing asbestos; and/or 21 • Transportation of hazardous materials away from any site related to I 22 this project. 23 Such Pollution Liability policy shall provide the following minimum coverage: $2,000,000 each loss and annual aggregate I 24 25 1-07.18(5)H Professional Liability 26 The Contractor and/or its Subcontractor and/or its design consultant 27 providing construction management, value engineering, or any other design- I 28 related non-construction professional services shall provide evidence of 29 Professional Liability insurance covering professional errors and omissions. 30 Such policy must provide the following minimum limits: I 31 32 $2,000,000 per Claim I 33 If the scope of such design-related professional services includes work 34 related to pollution conditions, the Professional Liability insurance shall 35 include Pollution Liability coverage. I 36 If insurance is on a claims made form, its retroactive date, and that of all 37 subsequent renewals, shall be no later than the effective date of this 38 Contract.
