I <br /> 1 1 <br /> 2 1-07.18(5)F Excess or Umbrella Liability <br /> I 3 The Contractor shall provide Excess or Umbrella Liability coverage at limits <br /> 4 of $1,000,000 per occurrence and annual aggregate. This excess or <br /> 5 umbrella liability coverage shall apply, at a minimum, to both the Commercial <br /> I 6 General and Auto insurance policy coverage. <br /> 7 This requirement may be satisfied instead through the Contractor's primary <br /> 8 Commercial General and Automobile Liability coverage, or any combination <br /> 1 9 thereof. <br /> 10 <br /> 11 1-07.18(5)G Pollution Liability <br /> 12 The Contractor shall provide a Pollution Liability policy, providing coverage <br /> I13 for claims involving bodily injury, property damage (including loss of use of <br /> 14 tangible property that has not been physically injured), cleanup costs, <br /> 15 remediation, disposal or other handling of pollutants, including costs and <br /> 16 expenses incurred in the investigation, defense, or settlement of claims <br /> 17 arising out of: <br /> 18 • Contractor's operations related to this project; and/or <br /> I 19 • Remediation, abatement, repair, maintenance or other work with <br /> 20 lead-based paint or materials containing asbestos; and/or <br /> 21 • Transportation of hazardous materials away from any site related to <br /> I 22 this project. <br /> 23 Such Pollution Liability policy shall provide the following minimum coverage: <br /> $2,000,000 each loss and annual aggregate <br /> I 24 <br /> 25 1-07.18(5)H Professional Liability <br /> 26 The Contractor and/or its Subcontractor and/or its design consultant <br /> 27 providing construction management, value engineering, or any other design- <br /> I 28 related non-construction professional services shall provide evidence of <br /> 29 Professional Liability insurance covering professional errors and omissions. <br /> 30 Such policy must provide the following minimum limits: <br /> I 31 <br /> 32 <br /> $2,000,000 per Claim <br /> I 33 If the scope of such design-related professional services includes work <br /> 34 related to pollution conditions, the Professional Liability insurance shall <br /> 35 include Pollution Liability coverage. <br /> I 36 If insurance is on a claims made form, its retroactive date, and that of all <br /> 37 subsequent renewals, shall be no later than the effective date of this <br /> 38 Contract. <br /> I 39 <br /> 40 <br /> 41 1-07.23.GR1 <br /> I 42 Public Convenience and Safety <br /> 43 <br /> 44 1-07.23(1).GR1 <br /> I 45 Construction Under Traffic <br /> 46 <br /> I <br /> HOT MIX ASPHALT OVERLAY 2017 MARCH 2017 <br /> 1 24 <br />
