The unit contract price shall be full pay as <br /> described in this Section for removing sidewalk where shown in the Plans, including sawcutting up to <br /> 6" in depth, removal of concrete panels entirely, restoration of native vegetation disturbed by the <br /> operation, and all other Work necessary for the removal of sidewalk panels and disposal of materials <br /> from the site. <br /> 2-02.5 Payment <br /> Section 2-02.5 is revised by the following: <br /> r "Removing Sidewalk", per square yard. <br /> SECTION 2-04 <br /> HAUL <br /> SECTION 2-04 OF THE STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS IS DELETED AND REPLACED WITH <br /> THE FOLLOWING: <br /> 1 2-04.1 Description <br /> This work shall consist of transporting excavated material from its original site to its final resting place on <br /> the project or at a waste site. <br /> 2-04.3 Construction Requirements <br /> Off-highway earth-moving equipment shall not haul on or across any street not being improved in the <br /> Contract. <br /> 2-04.4 Measurement <br /> Haul work will not be measured. <br /> 2-04.5 Payment <br /> All costs for the work described in Section 2-04 will be considered incidental to excavation.
