SUNGARD' PUBLIC SECTOR <br /> www.sungardps.com•800-727-8088 <br /> Exhibit 1 — Scope of Work <br /> eTRAKiT v3 Software Upgrade <br /> Installation Assistance <br /> SunGard will provide the eTRAKiT v3 software and assist the agency in installing it on a Web server. Web server <br /> must have access to the agency's live TRAKiT database. <br /> SunGard will provide up to four(4) remote hours of remote consultation used to familiarize the agency with new <br /> features/tools available in eTRAKiT v3. Blocks of time must be scheduled in a minimum of one (1) hour time <br /> periods. Hours must be used within the first 45 days from installation. <br /> Transfer of Maintenance <br /> SunGard will transfer the license & maintenance from the current eTRAKiT v2 product to eTRAKiT v3. <br /> - If the agency has a current credit card interface, SunGard will transfer the interface and ensure functions <br /> are properly configured. <br /> - If no credit card interface currently exists, or the agency is going to switch vendors, then this is excluded <br /> from this agreement. An additional cost will be quoted. <br /> - Any unique customizations specifically designed for the agency are not included in this transfer. <br /> - Currently used customized forms (i.e. permit, license)will be included in this transfer. Agency must <br /> provide screenshots/samples of current forms for re-design. <br /> Agency Responsibilities <br /> The Agency agrees to fully test the system and host the site live within 45 days of installation, or to provide a <br /> clear list of any issues (features not working)that would prevent this action. <br /> Technology Requirements <br /> Supported Browsers: <br /> - Internet Explorer 10, 11; Microsoft Edge <br /> - Google Chrome <br /> - Mozilla Firefox <br /> - Apple Safari <br /> Server hardware requirements: <br /> - Windows Server 2008 R2 <br /> - SQL Server 2008 R2 or later <br /> - ASP.net 4.0 <br /> - IIS 7+ <br /> - 32-bit enabled <br /> - Web server must be exposed to the internet <br /> - Installation will occur on the agencies Live/Production environment only.
