Exhibit B <br /> PROGRAM FEES <br /> The League will provide a $1000 deposit. The deposit will reflect the anticipated fee to be paid to the <br /> City by the League for the first League played. <br /> The League will pay the City 22% (twenty-two percent) of all registration fees for use of facilities as <br /> designated within the Agreement and as listed in Exhibit A (Schedule of Gym Facility Use). <br /> The fees collected will be based on the number of teams and individual players registered in the League. <br /> The League will pay the City 100%of fees by the last scheduled game of each league. <br /> The League will provide a registration summary to the City at the time of payment. <br /> Failure to pay the City may result in suspension of games and/or termination of the agreement. <br /> Underdog Sports—Reviewed by Legal 8/13 10 <br />
