Exhibit E <br /> MARKETING AND PROMOTION <br /> The City will assist in the marketing and promotion of the League providing the League is in compliance <br /> with all City policies. <br /> The City will provide the following: <br /> • League information in the seasonal guide <br /> • Promotion space in pre-approved Parks and Recreation Department and City offices and <br /> designated approved locations in Parks and Recreation Department parks and community <br /> buildings <br /> • Ad in the Community Sports Section of the Herald upon request by the League <br /> • Distribution of league information/material to other adult athletic programs sponsored by the <br /> City upon request by the League. <br /> • Distribution of league information/material at Parks sponsored events upon request by the <br /> League. <br /> • League promotion on the Parks and Recreation Department Website. <br /> The League will provide the following: <br /> • The full cost of all signage, flyers, or other promotional material. <br /> • Complete summary of text for approval by the City. <br /> The City reserves the right to approve all marketing and promotion associated with the League in the <br /> City. <br /> Underdog Sports—Reviewed by Legal 8/13 13 <br />
