The Grantor is owner of certain property located in Everett that is legally <br /> described in Exhibit A to this Covenant and referred to in this Covenant as the "Property." <br /> The Property is commonly referred as Lot 2, because it is described as Lot 2 in the <br /> boundary line adjustment and survey recorded under Snohomish County recording number <br /> 201207265001 (the "2012 BLA"). To the south of the Property is Lot 3, as described in <br /> the 2012 BLA ("Lot 3"). The Property and Lot 3 are part of what is commonly referred to <br /> as the Riverside Business Park. <br /> B.
