The Grantor is owner of certain property located in Everett that is legally described in Exhibit A to this Covenant and referred to in this Covenant as the "Property." The Property is part of what is commonly referred to as the Riverside Business Park. B. Grantor and Grantee are parties to the Public Access Easement and Agreement dated December 28, 2015 _and recorded under Snohomish County recording number 201601140213 (the "Public Access Easement"). As set forth therein, the Public Access Easement dedicates an easement for public access over a portion of the Property (such portion, the "Easement Area"). C.
