Install a Type I concrete driveway per City of Everett Standard #307. <br /> 019. <br /> Pave driveway from the front property line out to the street paving. <br /> 20. Contact the Water District for connecting provisions for this building's water and <br /> sewer services. <br /> 21. A catch basin as per City Standard Plan #402 with a gas trap per Standard Plan #410 is required for the <br /> parking area. <br /> 22. If a sewer pump system is to be installed, the pressure line must discharge into a private manhole, then <br /> gravity flow across the public right-of-way. <br /> 23.
