Building Permit for Lot 2 of Short Plat #08-006 <br /> Dear Mr. Harvey, <br /> The building permit application submitted for Lot 2 of Short Plat #08-006 is not <br /> complete. You will need to re-submit a new application with all the following <br /> information: <br /> 1. Per the "Conditions of Approval "on the short plat map a grading and filling plan <br /> must be submitted and approved for Lot 2 (condition #5) The grading plan for <br /> Lot 2 must meet the requirements of SAS Engineering Report. <br /> 2. You will need to show your calculation for building heights from an approved <br /> grading plan. This must be shown on the site plan and building plans. <br /> 3. The proposed single family dwelling basic plan #327 is not consistent with the <br /> slope of the lot. The foundation and elevations are for a flat lot. This plan must <br /> be revised consistent with the approved grading plan and meet all height <br /> requirements of the zoning code. <br /> 4. A plan for a new paved driveway with a turn-around and drainage improvements <br /> must be submitted and approved. <br /> 5. A drainage plan is required for this Lot consistent with SAS Engineering Report <br /> date 01/08/09. <br /> 6.
