Bring in one full size set of revised plans with engineer's wet signature for the City to Stamp, Sign, and Approve. Drainage report has been approved and the City does not need additional copies. 1.Need to fix all legends on all sheets-CB A, CB 2...remove the label next to the symbol (CB I, CB II) since this is never used on the plans. Make sure the descriptor next to each symbol references the type correctly per COE Standard Drawings. 2. The slope label between CB#7 and CB#8 needs to be adjusted on plan/profile. They are not consistent. Make both read 2.0%. 3. Fix the leader on Sheet C-6 at CB#3. This is supposed to be pointing to the pipe coming into CB#3, but it is pointing elsewhere. 4. Some of the Type A CB structures in the profile are shown very deep. This bottom depth is not needed because the IE's are much higher. Correct the structure depth to be as specified in COE Standard Drawing 402, otherwise change it to a Type B. If a Type B is used instead, make sure that the information/label is updated on plan, profile, legends, and the structure depth is shown correctly in the profiles. 5. Add a note to the plans next to the FDC label that clarifies that the FDC is to be installed min. 3' clear of the existing fire hydrant. This note can be in parentheses under the FDC label if you prefer. 6. Remove the Fire Hydrant symbol and label from the legend. There are no new fire hydrants proposed on this project. 7. Add traffic paint arrows to the north driveway (enter and right turn only) to be consistent with lane identifiers at south driveway.
