After carport was made <br /> unenclosed, on 06/01/16 Spring mailed a lengthy citation case CE-16-0295 to threaten me with a "violation of a hearing <br /> examiner order is a criminal offence" for a carport that was built more than 15 years ago. <br /> I talked to Ms.Terri from Everett Permit Division to get a permit to take the carport down or keep it as is. A real bad <br /> person name Kim Conner had caused me lost my job for over 18 months and I don't have the money and labor to rebuild <br /> the carport. As I explained to Terri,the existing carport is about 5 ft wide and 10 ft long, approximately 50 square feet. <br /> Attached is my application for permit with my two options: <br /> 1) My preferred choice to keep it as is with the $85 fee and you treat it like it was never there, or <br /> 2) To take it down (demolition permit) with the $54.50 fee. <br /> Please let me know if this satisfies documentation record with option 1 that I prefer, or you only give permit for option <br /> 2. <br /> Thanks, <br /> Minhnga Nguyen <br /> 425-316-8621 <br /> 1 <br />
