After carport was made unenclosed, on 06/01/16 <br /> Spring mailed a lengthy citation case CE-16-0295 to threaten me with "violation of a hearing examiner <br /> order is a criminal offence"for a carport that was built more than 15 years ago. <br /> On 06/10/16 1 talked to Ms.Terri from Everett Permit Division to get a permit to keep it as is, or <br /> take it down. A real bad person name Kim Conner had caused me lost my job for 19 months and I don't <br /> have the money and labor to rebuild the carport. Attachment is my application for permit with my two <br /> options: <br /> 1) My preferred choice to keep carport as is with the $85 fee ($54.50+$30.5) with your approval <br /> for carport built as is,that my carport was built with a permit. This fee is for Everett city to <br /> document and legalize my carport. <br /> 2) To take it down (demolition permit) with the enclosed $54.50 fee, and you return the check <br /> amount$30.5 to me). <br /> I also attach a drawing for my carport that was built 15 years ago and shouldn't interfere with anybody's <br /> business. <br /> Thanks, <br /> Minhnga Neuyen <br /> 425-316-8621 <br />
