(per Residential Site Plan Checklist) 2) Include a project description which lists the construction of a new SFR and the conversion of existing SFR into accessory building. 3) Show distance between existing and proposed buildings. • Elevation Plan corrections 1) Eaves must be reduced to no more than 18" (EMC Titlel9 Chapter 39.150.C.3.) 2) Show height calculations.(per Building Height Handout step#5) • Submit a building permit to be processed concurrently for the conversion of existing SFR to an accessory building.
