Access to the sleeping room in the basement is required to be from a conditioned space. <br /> 2. Provide detail of the furred walls in the basement. <br /> 3. Specify insulation requirements for furred walls in the basement per Table R402.1.1 <br /> Washington State Energy Code (WSEC). <br /> 4. Show Tempered Safety Glass in hazardous locations as defined in Section R308 <br /> International Residential Code (IRC). <br /> 5. Specify size, species and grade of beam proposed between the Living Room and the <br /> Kitchen. Trace all loads to the foundation. <br /> 6.
