(6) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing electronic transfer claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $5,655,465.70 for the period of June 1, 2015 through June 30, 2015. ACTION ITEMS: (7) Authorize award of a three-year contract to DK Systems Inc. for HVAC Maintenance & Repair Services in the estimated amount of $450,000.00 including Washington State Sales tax. (8) CB 1508-22 — 3`d and final Reading- Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Special Improvement Project entitled "Citywide Intersection Signing," Fund 303, Program 105 to accumulate all cost for the improvement. (9) CB 1508-23 — 3`d and final Reading- Adopt the Proposed Ordinance closing a Special Improvement Project entitled, "Snohomish River/Langus Park Public Access Pedestrian Bridge, " Fund 303, Program 057, as established by Ordinance No. 3256-12. (10) Authorize the Mayor to sign Toxics Cleanup Remedial Action Grant Program Agreement with the Washington State Department of Ecology in the amount of $313,254.00, for continued cleanup and monitoring and to provide developer oversight at the Everett Landfill Tire Fire Site. (11) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with CG Engineering to provide structural engineering services for a condition assessment of three Water Filtration Plant roofs for an amount not to exceed $34,301.00. (12) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Paratransit Special Needs Formula Agreement — GCB2233 with Washington State Department of Transportation at no cost to the City.
