EXHIBIT C <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> Introduction <br /> The City desires to establish a software support agreement with Cadapult Software Solutions,Inc. This <br /> support agreement provides for professional,context sensitive,training to City Staff while offering <br /> backup expertise and peer review to the CAD Manager. <br /> Task 1 -AutoCAD and Civil3D Upgrade Support <br /> Provide configuration advice and onsite deployment assistance for Autodesk CAD and Civil3D version <br /> upgrades. Cadapult has expert level familiarity with the City's established IT infrastructure and personnel. <br /> This assistance may be of particular importance due to the deployment of Windows 10 and its impact <br /> upon upcoming releases of Autodesk software. <br /> Task 2- On-Call Support Services <br /> Provide on-call training and support to City staff regarding AutoCAD and Civil3D. Provide on-call <br /> support for assorted CAD Management topics such as Autodesk software customization, GIS integration <br /> and CAD standards. <br />
