Additional Information: The following information is provided for the developer's benefit. These are not
conditions of approval but are associated with other laws or requirements. This is only a preliminary list based
on review of the site plan submitted with this application. Additional information may be required through the
building permit review process.
1. The porch cover shown over the garage appears to exceed the maximum 18"
overhang into a setback area. This will need to be corrected to meet code
requirements prior to issuance of building permits.
2. All retaining walls must be shown on the site plan which is submitted at time of
building permit review.
3. It appears the new garage structure encroaches 5" into the setback area.
Corrections will need to be made which demonstrate that the structure meets all
setback requirements prior to issuance of building permits.
4. The stairway leading to the proposed accessory dwelling unit must be shown on the
site plan submitted at time of building permit application.
5. Elevation point C should be taken at the midpoint of the line of the smallest box
which encloses the entire structure. Base elevation should also be shown on the
elevations of your building plans which are submitted for review.
