After further inspection of <br /> the property at the above address and research of the Snohomish County Assessor's Office <br /> records and aerial photos, we have found that the accessory building has been enlarged and <br /> modified with a new roof structure. In addition to complying with the required corrective action <br /> in the Violation Citation, the following must be completed to bring the building into compliance <br /> with the City of:Everett Zoning and Building codes: <br /> 1. Reduce the amount of accessory buildings to a maximum of 675 square feet. Section 7.020 <br /> of the zoning code limits the total amount of accessory building area, including the existing <br /> shed, to a maximum lot coverage of 15%. <br /> 2. Reduce the square footage of the accessory building within the 20-foot rear setback from <br /> the rear lot line (alley) to 504 square feet or less. <br /> 3. Provide one off-street parking space that is accessible from the alley. <br /> You must obtain building permits for the required work listed above. You must apply for <br /> building permits within two weeks of receipt of this letter. Failure to correct the violation may <br /> result in a fine and/or costs being assessed against you.
