• <br /> • <br /> 6 . Signs - There shall be no signs permitted on the parking <br /> areas other than directional signs (e.g. , "parking for <br /> Broadway Hardware" , "enter" , "exit") and incidental signs <br /> (e.g. , "Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at owner's <br /> expense" ) , as defined by the Zoning Code. No product <br /> advertising shall be permitted on any of the parking lot <br /> areas. Signs shall not be visible from McDougall Avenue. <br /> 7. Demolition/Removal of Existing Dwellings - The applicant <br /> shall not demolish or remove any of the existing dwellings <br /> from any of the subject lots without first obtaining a <br /> permit from the Public Works Department for construction of <br /> a parking lot in conformance with the terms of this <br /> resolution. <br /> 8 . Completion of Parking Lot Construction - The construction of <br /> the parking lot and all improvements required by this <br /> Resolution and by other City regulations shall be completed <br /> within one year of the date of issuance of the Public Works <br /> permit for the parking lot construction. Upon completion of <br /> the parking lot improvements as in accordance with the terms <br /> specified herein, a rezone ordinance consistent with this <br /> Resolution shall be presented to the City Council for their <br /> consideration and approval . <br /> 9. Use of Property Inconsistent with this Resolution - Any use <br /> of the subject properties inconsistent with the terms of <br /> this Resolution, either before, during, or after <br /> construction of the parking lot facility, shall be grounds <br /> for revocation of this Resolution by the City Council and <br /> shall also be considered a violation of the Zoning Code and <br /> subject to the violation and enforcement provisions thereof. <br /> 10. Expiration of this Approval - If all improvements required <br /> herein are not completed in full compliance with the terms <br /> of this Resolution within five (5) years of the date of City <br /> Coun il\ approval, the resolution shall become null and void. <br /> Council Member Introduc ng Resolution <br /> PASSED and APPROVED this /64I74 day of <br /> 1990. <br /> Council President <br />
