RESOLUTION NO. 3353 <br /> A RESOLUTION to reconstruct an 8" sewer line in the 3700 block alley East <br /> of Rucker Avenue. <br /> WHEREAS, the Utility Division of the Public Works Department has <br /> investigated and identified a structural deficiency in the 8" sewer line in the 3700 <br /> block alley East of Rucker Avenue; and <br /> WHEREAS, the damage needs immediate attention to maintain the integrity <br /> of the sewer line and prevent additional settlement problems; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Utility Division of the Public Works Department declares <br /> this an emergency; and <br /> WHEREAS, funds are budgeted for such repair work by the Utility; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of <br /> Everett that an emergency is declared to exist and the Director of the Public Works <br /> Department is hereby authorized to contract with Wilder Construction to <br /> reconstruct the sewer main at a cost of$174,384.29. <br /> 642,0044fk <br /> .7/ 0 <br /> Councilperson Introduci _ Resol tion <br /> PASSED and APPROVED this /. `qday of 1990 <br /> ounci 'resi s ent <br />
