CITY OF EVERETT <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION amending the General Plan and <br /> Zoning Map of Everett to encompass an area east of <br /> 19th Avenue SE and south of 96th Place SE. <br /> WHEREAS, the Everett Planning Commission has held a public hearing <br /> on January 9, 1990 regarding the establishment of a General Plan Land Use <br /> and zoning designation for the hereinafter depicted property; and <br /> WHEREAS, the existing Snohomish County land use guidelines consist <br /> of the North Creek Area Comprehensive Plan and County zoning regulations; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the Everett Planning Commission finds that state law <br /> requires that a General Plan land use and zoning designation be established <br /> for areas annexed to the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds after consideration of public <br /> testimony and review of staff recommendations that the General Plan land use <br /> and zoning designations hereinafter set forth are in the best interest of <br /> the City of Everett: <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> 1. The General Plan land use designation for the annexation area <br /> shall consist of Single-family Detached (1-5 dwellings per <br /> gross acre). <br /> 2.
